Our Offer:

Our assessment cycle has been kept open and fluid throughout the year to ensure the greatest leverage to young learners. We offer a 3-tier assessment package in a 4-month flexible cycle. This means that students and schools are free to begin from any month of the year.

For example, if a child wishes to begin the assessment process in June 2026, the cycle will be as follows:

  • Monthly Modular Assessments (MMA) in June, July, August and September (Tier1).
  • Week 1 of October: First Formative Mock Paper (Tier 2).
  • Week 2 of October: Initial Formative Assessment (Tier 3).
  • MMAs in October, November, December, January (Tier 1).
  • Week 1 of February: Second Formative Mock Paper (Tier2).
  • Week 2 of February: Intermediate Formative Assessment (Tier3).
  • MMAs in February, March, April and May (Tier 1).
  • Week 1 of June (2027): Summative Mock Paper (Tier 2).
  • Week 2 of June (2027): Final Summative Paper (Tier 3).

 

Monthly Modular Assessments (MMA) will normally be scheduled in Week 2 of the given month. Later dates will be announced only in the overlapping months. (as in October and February in the above). Dates will be changed for public holidays.

 

The 3-tier assessment packages for Classes 3 and 4 will be available from 2026.

Each pack will include:

Monthly Modular Assessments (MMAs): Four of 40 minutes each will include:

Grammar drills and games, spelling, vocabulary and reading activities. (25marks).

Formative Assessments (FA):  Two of 60 minutes each will be based on the skills acquired through the MMAs. (30 marks).

Summative Assessment (SA): One of 75 minutes will be based on the skills acquired through the Formative Assessments: (40 marks).

A mock paper will be available a week prior to each stage of assessment.

Assessments for Classes 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be available from 2027.
