An academic teacher and administrator, with over 47 years of experience in teaching and 19 years of experience as a Principal, my goal has always been to be part of an institution with a strong foundation and an unwavering commitment towards its employees and students. With my experience I have strived to create a supportive and responsive work environment promoting hard work, team spirit and a passion for excellence in every institute that I have been associated with.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Gokhale Memorial Girls High School (2014 – Present) – Rector
As Rector, my principal role has been to seamlessly carry forward the school from West Bengal Board to CBSE and to ensure a smooth transition. As a member of the administrative body of GMGS, I have also played a key role in the holistic development and upgradation of this esteemed institute including new student admissions, faculty recruitment and training and expansion plans that include new premises for the Junior School. Implemented NEP 2020 guidelines and integrated them with existing educational policies.

Abhinav Bharati High School (1995 – 2014) – Principal
As Principal, my chief aim has been to motivate my team of teachers to achieve excellence in all large scale projects in various spheres. Implemented various changes for the betterment of the organization through dynamic team work.
